Private Yoga Training
Kamala Ingrid's classes are welcome to all levels. She adds further development to postures to challenge and deepen your practice. Kamala Ingrid studied Sivanada Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Jivamukti Yoga. During her 17+ years of teaching and practicing, she has developed her own style of flow to suite the needs of each student. She will realign, and ground you through a balance journey of dynamic flowing postures. Clients will hold the postures in stillness with breath flow, and in time will learn to deepen gently into their stretches. Her classses have a srtong focus on breath bringing each of her students a sense of grounding, peace and joy.
Private yoga sessions are a great way to introduce you to yoga, deepen an already strong practice or meet a personal practice or life style. Whether you are looking to find more stability in standing poses or cultivate more balance and awarness in your practice, the individual attention you will receive with yoga lessons will take your practice to another level.
